GETTING TO THE UNIVERSTY OF ILLINOIS

Urbana-Champaign is centrally located between Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. 

By Air: You can fly directly into Champaign's Willard Airport which is five miles from the campus. Willard Airport is a regional airport operated by the University of Illinois, accommodating both private and commercial aircraft. Each day, four carriers operate 27 flights to six major hubs, from which travelers can connect to all destinations.

By Train: Amtrak provides passenger train service from Illinois Terminal in Champaign.

By Bus: Lincolnland Express carries passengers from Champaign and the U of I every three hours, 24 hour a day to and from Chicago O'Hare, Midway, Downtown and the suburbs.

By Car: I-72, I-74, and I-57 lead directly to Champaign-Urbana if you plan to drive.
